The mind is like a court of law, with a jury, a judge and also a good advocate for every issue that affects our lives.
This court is settled in the 5th chakra in the form of beliefs and convictions that have been formed over time through received upbringing, family and social conditioning.They are engraved in the 5th chakra and govern our lives: controlling, blocking and diverting the flow of our life energy, the energy of 'hara.
Dragged from one belief to another, we let our intelligence shut down: we limit our intuitive abilities, our perceptions and sensations, we move away from the spiritual heart center and 'hara.
This workshop leads on the path to freedom through contact with
the courage of the spiritual heart and its deep quality of acceptance to be able to feel and allow life;
the hara, which is our deepest center, to release the life energy that leads into the dimension of trust;
the 5th chakra, the channel of understanding where our intelligence is rekindled.
Freedom is living beyond the limitations that the mind imposes on us. Freedom is being aware of and present to ourselves and to what presents itself moment by moment. It is the ability to welcome from the heart center and then let go into the hara center with its vitality, strength and new confidence in life.
With a healthy 5th chakra, through the acceptance of the heart and the flow of the vital energy of the hara we can walk the path of YES to life!
